Telehealth in five states
You must be physically located in one of the following states at the time of your telehealth visit. Your home address alone does not determine eligibility if you are traveling.
- New York: Telehealth throughout the state; in-person appointments are available in Manhattan.
- New Jersey: Telehealth throughout the state; in-person appointments are available in Manasquan.
- Connecticut: Telehealth appointments for patients located in Connecticut.
- Pennsylvania: Telehealth appointments for patients located in Pennsylvania.
- Virginia: Telehealth appointments for patients located in Virginia.
When requesting a visit, tell us which state you will be in and which service you need. If you will be outside these five states, contact the practice before scheduling. The physician will determine whether telehealth is appropriate for your needs or whether an in-person evaluation or other care is needed.

Can I use telehealth while traveling?
Your physical location at the time of the visit matters. Contact the practice before your appointment if your travel plans change, particularly if you will be outside New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, or Virginia.
Are there offices in all five states?
In-person appointments are offered in Manhattan, New York, and Manasquan, New Jersey. Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Virginia are served through telehealth.
Will I receive a prescription at my visit?
Medication decisions depend on an individual clinical evaluation. Requesting an appointment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular treatment.
